Doo.Ri... plus, is it a boy or a girl?

The electronic invites of this season were great, efficient and a greener alternative
but receiving a paper invite evokes excitement and anticipation.
Plus it's a great souvenir of the event!











Neutral colors seem to be the trend for Spring.
Doo-Ri Chung used beiges, the coolest and palest shade of green, and my favorite canary yellow color in her newest collection.
I enjoyed seeing lots of texture, light knits and draping as well.

Off to the Richard Chai - LOVE show showing off my 19 week belly! :)

My first impression was that the collection is very easy on the eyes, simple, nary a sequin in sight.
But so much went into achieving the effortless urban chic each piece exudes.
Great mix of neutrals, sheer tops and pants, easy jackets and trenches, and ofcourse the slicked back hair.



Didn't know that Richard Chai was quite a hunk! :)

Ports1961 - The Show

It was fantastic to see the clothes come alive in the runway.
The models were great, especially with Freja Erichsen who opened and ended the show.
Can't wait for next season! :)

Ports1961 - The Preview

I had the amazing opportunity to view the Ports1961 SS2011 collection before it walked down the runway.



The accessories - belts, bangles, rings, necklaces, clutches that are made of minerals, wood and leather.
I particularly loved the wooden clutches. The shine on one side is made up of crystals dusted to perfection.



The shoes - neutral cut-outs, suede and satin ballerinas, and strappy sandals!



And now for the clothes.
The color palette is earthy - neutrals, jewel tones and crystal embellishments.

What I wore for the show





I really love the material of this Ports1961 jacket.
It's light and airy while still being structured. The pockets were a nice surprise!
It kinda hid my 19 week belly too, right? :)



The Chanel chain belt was a halfway (mid-pregnancy) gift from the hubby.
(I know! Any excuse to ask for a present right?! Haha).
Also, wearing Moschino shiny satin pants.



Manolo Blahnik crystal bow sandals. They're so cute and delicate!



I hope everyone's having a fantastic Fashion Week!
I'm having such a grand time and it has been made extra special by the little one who just started to make his/her presence felt.
He/she is now kicking up a storm! :D
